Not impressed with the service at all. The guy who came out was friendly and he did come out the same day, but that was all that was good about the service provided. I was told there definitely was no wasp nest, yet friends I have spoken to on FB state that I have had to deal with more wasps than they have and they'd had nests professionally removed. The guy didn't check my roof space for a nest. I was also told that theres no way of knowing for sure where they are coming from. After painting the living room on Monday and Tuesday, I've now had to put cardboard and gorilla tape all over the fireplace to stop them from coming in. If I was able to add pictures I would because I am so annoyed with it all. I was advised to light the fire to smoke them out even though the guy said he could not see how they'd be getting in that way which I did and it didn't work. My landlord ended up having to fork out 60 plus VAT for someone to look at an outside roof for 10mins and some useless advice and now I'm without a fireplace until they all die away. I would have liked to have posted this on Facebook as a review but they dont have a review section as far as I can see, nor do they let you tag their business on it which is pretty shrewd. I'm hoping that people see this instead and think twice about what services they use and probably go with someone who enables reviews on Facebook because that's how you can find out what services they really provide and how satisfied their customers really are.

Swift response, friendly service, affordable price. We cant thank these guys enough. Termapest really went out of their way to help us get rid of rats from our boiler. Nine months on, we've had no recurrences of the infestation. Termapest is a company that really knows their job. We would definitely recommend them. Termapest is the BEST - FIRST CLASS!
