If you are looking for a Trainer that's able to clearly communicate, as well as motivate well don't look much further, Stephen's training is spot on what you need. Being able to clearly demonstrate what's needed to be done, with good reasoning as to why, whilst also giving you the boot up the rear that's needed to get done what you know you can do. From the start he will get an idea of your overall fitness levels, so that when he's pushing you to your goals (that you discuss with him) he will ensure that the training he gives is appropriate to you as well as your development. Not that many Trainers around that are highly communicative, as well as invested in each client, this is one of them. I highly recommend getting in touch if you want somewhere to start, or even if you need someone to hold you responsible to keep going.

Excellent personal trainer and I would highly recommend him. I have lost 8lbs in 6 weeks. I will be signing up to another 6 weeks due to the success of his personal training sessions. I was very nervous to get started as I was recovering from a C section. But I have been amazed at everything I have been able to do under Stephens expert guidance. Knowing where to begin and what was safe for me to do was what I found very difficult. However, all of activities are carefully planned and structured by Stephen. The sessions have excellent structure. My strength and fitness have been carefully built upon each week and I am delighted with the results so far. He knows how to push you to your limits but also very aware of what you are capable of.

I have been doing personal training with Stephen McCoy for 6 weeks. For many years Ive worked with different trainers and can recognise good service when I experience it. Ive already achieved good results with him and am starting to enjoy training again after taking a break from it. He is knowledgeable, offers well structured and challenging workouts and motivates me when I need it. Stephen is punctual, reliable and very good at communicating with me about training sessions - this is very rare to find in such a competitive industry!
