        I have recently ordered a perfume as Click and Collect option to this store. However they didn't received my order. And they send me to another store which was located a bit far away from this store. But my order should be collected from this store. They are not trying to rectify it or did nothing. The two womens in the shop are not even interested to treat customer properly. This was my first purchase from Perfume shop and may be the last because of the poor customer service from this store. I have already paid more than 100 pounds and they are not trying to solve the issue which was happened on my case.
