HM Passport Office, Belfast [Appointments only]

This passport office is closed now. They have moved to E16 1DR Its impossible to get an appointment online. If you have a twitter account search for UK Fast Track & Premium Passport Appointments, follow them. You have to select push notification option. Every time there are appointments available you will get notification and you can click on it, go in the Q and select appointments. It had worked for me. We drove to London Passport office, Liverpool passport office but they didnt let us in without appointments. To everyone who is on Strike: There are billions of people without drinking water or a warm meal a day!

Both me and my husband recently applied to renew our passports online, i had to send my old passport to the Belfast office (I live in Newcastle, England ) and my husband to an office in England, I received my passport back in 10 days and the communication was first class every step of the way, I was astounded at how quick and easy the process was, my husband however has heard nothing from the England office about his passport. I cant thank the Belfast staff enough for making this renewal hassle free, first class service

This passport office it is an absolute mess. Our family cannot get a child's passport for the second year in a row!!! Our application has already been lost many times by the employees of the passport office, and we have to fill out and post it 4 times as well took photos for our baby 3 times. The passport desk took 3 original family documents and keeps them all this time. We have already written complaints many times, but there is no quality communication. There is no passport, our whole family has been without a family vacation for a year. Because our baby cant get passport. We couldn't even fly and pay tribute to our queen Elizabeth II & with such an unprofessional team in this passport office we most probably wont have chance to attend King Charles III coronation ! They dont give any information apart you are applying overseas so we dont give any limitations in time when it will be done. If I could give - stars I would.

My wife needed her passport processed urgently - we arranged appointment for 11am Wed morning. Her new passport was delivered 3pm Friday. First class service.
