        Boots eye care at Forestside were wonderfully helpful today when my Mums glasses were cutting her. She hadnt purchased them there, but the staff were happy to help and solved the problem without cost.

        I clearly stated my symptoms at the start of the consultation. The optometrist did not listen to what I actually said, went off on one telling me what I said didn't make sense. When it concluded I was made out to be some sort of liar. I only booked a test as a precaution. Eejit.

        I had a lovely experience with boots opticians. I booked an eye test online and when attending I was greeted on arrival. I was glad to see all the safety measures they have put in place for Covid-19. The staff were all very professional and friendly. The optometrist and I chatted during my eye test and I mentioned I was a student. Afterwards when I had selected new glasses, the clerk told me that my eye test was free and that they were giving me 10% off my glasses for being a student. They even made me an appointment to pick up my glasses the week after. Really quick and efficient service!
