        My son had an appointment for 5 o'clock, but because he was stuck in traffic and 15mins late, he was told he couldn't be seen. (One month later) After receiving letters to saying my son was overdue an eye test. I phoned Mackeys, explained my situation with work, was told that they didn't have any appointments for either of my children, and the receptionist hung up. Disgusting customer service

        Your service is horrible. I bought faulty glasses. Want refund. Spend time and 210 pounds for nothing. No normal case for glasses, no insurance. Blurred letters.
