Exspectations

Terrible experience!! I thought I would get better service going to a small local shop. Initially they were very nice, however the prescription googles I bought were terrible. In the first month the plastic bit around the googles fell off. When I called they wanted me to pay for the replacement piece. I insisted it's not fair and eventually they said I wont need to pay. Then it happened again. I was really annoyed as I swim regularly and need these googles. They eventually agreed to a refund but wanted my receipt. This was several months after purchase. I didn't save it. Since then I bought a pair online and had zero issues. Terrible place, terrible customer service!! Avoid this place!

What exceptional service!!!! My daughter saw Susan today at very short notice. Joanne was so helpful with such warmth and genuine care to us. Susan spent so much time with my daughter and gave a very thorough and detailed eye examination. I cannot recommend this opticians enough. First class service!!!!

I was referred to Expectations by my local GP as emergency eye clinic was not available . The treatment was 1st class and after a few appts I got the required eye clinic appt and got my eye sorted - it could not hav been easier , I will need glasses soon but I know were I will get those from ..
