I used to work in Our Lady's for 5 years!!!!! Recently asked for confirmation of start and end date as the job I am applying for has required for this(9/12/19). Showed them original copies of my contract offered in April 2012 when I started and letters of confirmation when I terminated my contract Feb 2017 as well as P45!! All original copies!!
Apparently I wasnt in their system. And no one knew me in there now as all are new staff. Even though I provided original documentations with their Logo paper stamps and signatures they werent enough evidence. Basically I wasted 5 years and it's as if I never worked there!
WHAT A JOKE!!!
Youll break your back working for their own profit, you dont get paid enough for what you do in there.
When you need to ask for references for future when you need it, youll get no one as everyone doesnt last in there and always have new staff coming and going.
And if you do get someone for references good luck cause its a bit of a struggle chasing people!!
