The Belfast Business Centre

We've been using Belfast Business Centre services for almost 3 years and highly recommend them. A highly skilled and professional team means that they can offer numerous services, effortlessly. We have used the mailing service, room hire, stationery and telephone answering service and can fault none of them. We find Elaine and the team always surpass our expectations. With an excellent location and facilities available on site, Belfast Business Centre is the perfect city centre location for any business.

My experience with The Belfast Business Centre exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back soon. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and although they deal with so many clients I never had to wait in line or call back later as they are so efficient. I have no complaints and take my hat off to Elaine, Sarah and Clare for doing such a good job and it will be the first place on my recommendation list.

We have been working with Belfast Business Centre since December 2011 and since that time have been impressed with the service we have received. Elaine, Claire and Sarah at reception provide a quality service and Big Wet Fish Hosting expect to be a client for many years into the future. We use a full range of services in the centre including regularly renting meeting rooms with tea/coffee for sales meeting with potential new clients. The BT1 address is prefect also. Took an office within this centre and thinks started out ok at first. Then the "evil eye" started in the mornings from the staff at reception. Although from speaking to other staff members this seems to be the norm. Found staff not the most helpful and a little inexperienced, it was sold as staff are here to help but as it turns out this is not entirely true. The room provided is the kind of room that was always cold and an electric heater had to be provided, plus they were going to bill for electricity being used! . I remember calling in one morning to find the office door wide open and dirty footprints over the desks to be told we had to get workmen in to repair the boiler, nice. Things went downhill, and a little uncomfortable to be there so couldnt wait to move on. Moved to another place now and couldnt be happier.
