Then when I arrived on the day, they had apprently overbooked my time slot, as I had to wait for nearly an hour before being let in to view the place.
After all this, I was only then told that the landlord was not offering the standard 12 month contract - info which was not in any of the descriptions offered by Belvoir prior to viewing - and which meant the property would not suit my needs and an entire day has just been wasted.
