Got FedEx message saying it would arrive Friday - but not delivered. Then a note saying Monday (as they don't do weekends) - nothing arrived. Then said Tuesday - again nothing. Got a note saying it will be Wednesday - but I have given up believing them. FedEx's tracking systems are poor - the online system just keeps telling me 'it is out for delivery'. No means of speaking to a real person who can actually knows anything. I tried calling Camper Co - but no phone number on website. i emailed them two times, but received no reply. Feel like they have taken my money but not delivered the product. This is a poor combination of non-communicative Camperco and a clearly weak FedEx. AVOID AVOID AVOID
