Very friendly staff. Always willing to help. If they don't have what you need they recommend somewhere else that might have it.

Staff are rude and unprofessional. Had a very negative experience today where I went to use the cash machine and a female member of staff yelled at me aggressively across the store for using it. The sign that said "out of order" was not displayed, and was only visible if you flipped a seemingly blank piece of paper off the top of the machine. I was going to purchase items but instead left immediately. @Diesel, I can confirm the ATM was out of order, and as I described there was an A4 piece of paper flipped on top that said so - don't know what to tell you "dawg". Maybe get a life instead of defending Russell's ATM performance? // Update @ Diesel What was that you said? Russell's NEVER has an out of order sign? Well, yesterday they did. Check the photo for proof.

Response to "//" I don't know which shop you were in, but the Ravenhill shop staff NEVER yell aggressively at people using the ATM. And there is NEVER an out of order sign on the machine when it's empty. Putting signs on the ATM stops people using it, which prevents the bank's system from registering that the machine needs refilled. The SPAR across the road puts out of order signs on their machine.
