        I had a plumber replace an electric shower for my but within a few months the shower was not working properly. As it was under warranty I contacted the plumber who told me the suppliers details so I contacted CEW in Dargan. I spoke to the manager David and he told me to get the make, model number and serial number of the Redring Shower. Within a day a Redring Engineer called out to my home and sorted the problem out for me. David at CEW went beyond the extra mile to delivery Exemplary Customer Service and the Redring Engineer was very quick to sort the small problem out. If I could have I would have doubled the Star rating for both. A very Happy customer.
