I went on this occasion for cash as going out tonight. Cash machine not working. Though, well, Ill just go inside and get cash. Person on til explained I needed to purchase 5 of goods so I agreed, but as he could only give me 50 cash back this would not work. Man on til told me I could draw money from Post Office, at maximum 3 feet away.
So want there. Despite having fully overheard my conversation he was closed for 10 minutes and refused to help.
Call this service! I would sack these people and bring in staff willing and able to work.
