DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE REVIEWS. Refuse to even apologise after losing my items and just cold blames DHL. Suitcase marked as lost after the 14 day claim deadline since collection. Claim checklist includes steps that should had been done before the suitcase was picked, at a time the company failed to notify. Do not be scammed and be fooled by this DHL broker. They wont even refund you your money for sending you the label if your item is lost. All of my life belongings were lost. Holiday and New Years ruined.

It was my first time using My Baggage. I have read the reviews before deciding which service to use, great reviews! I had 4 big boxes and 2 big suitcases sent from the UK to USA. It was all picked up on Monday morning and arrived on Wednesday noon in America all intact and well received from the courier service in America. Have to say it was impressive, effective and efficient I will always use My Baggage in the future. The overall price includes fuel charges which was a little surprised as I've never saw that before, it was quite expensive. It was worth it seeing all my personal possessions all intact! Very happy with the service!!!

Worked very well - box was delivered very quickly and efficiently. We had one minor issue entering the details but they were very helpful and quick to respond to help us. Will use again.

My daughter has been in graduate school in England for the past four years. About every six to eight weeks, I use My Baggage to send her a LARGE box. MyBaggage is like magic!!!! Her box leaves my doorstep in Connecticut on a Monday, for example, and its delivered to my daughters door on Wednesday of the same week!!!!! The VERY LOW shipping price and the EXCELLENT service merit FIVE STARS!!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend MyBaggage!!!!!!
