        I purchased wallpaper 2 weeks ago but my decorator thought it wasnt thick enough for our poor walls.All i wanted was a straight exchange but as i had lost my receipt the said they needed a QR code for it .I said i had my bank statement with the purchase details on it.I had spent 22.00 per roll so it wasnt cheap but no movement on it i will maybe loss 170.00 but they wouldnt move on it .Such awful customer care i will never be in that shop again i have bought paper there for over 30 years on a regular basis.I will never reccommend them to anyone.I just wish i had read comments on this before i purchased this paper i would have avoided them.
