        Visited store on Saturday and have never experienced such chaos in a shop in my life. Couldn't find staff for 15 mins then waited 20 mins for shoes. Couldn't tell me how much they were and then queued for another 20 minutes to get to till. Once at the till waited another 5 minutes for them to find them as I wasn't trusted to carry them to till. Totally unbelievable experience and I will never shop there again and I do like their shoes.

        Excellent service from Karen . My husband was purchasing Dr Martin boots and Karen went over and above to help and order his size . Also great selection of shoes.Sadly when boots arrived they had to be returned but this was not a problem and again service from staff was very good. Again special thank you to Karen
