Incredibly arrogant staff. My brother bought a hoodie and the staff forgot to take the tag off. I had to come back to the shop and get it taken off for him as he was flying back home. The person who served us had a woeful attitude, he slobbed in and didnt bother to say hi, then threw the bag with the hoodie in it at us after taking the tag off and said thats it. My mum pointed out that maybe saying sorry for the inconvenience would have been nice - the man told her that he was going to apologise. but because of her attitude she was banned from the shop! Absolute joke, as if a 60 year old would be back buying some 95s anyway
