Fantastic people to deal with Keith was really helpful in guiding me to select the correct tvs and sound system for my house. Installation team were superb setting everything up and explaining how it all works. All in a very positive experience backed up by a very knowledgeable team.

Exceptional customer service means not only selling the product but following up if things go wrong in this case with a temperamental new speaker that had to be exchanged. Keith McConnell provided spectacular back-up and support throughout, fully worthy of this premium brand nothing was too much trouble and I felt that he genuinely cared about his customer. So if you're considering buying any Bang and Olufsen product don't hesitate to make this your only port of call.

I already bought a B&O BEO9000 plus speakers & additional speaker for another room & paid for the wiring to link it all, about 8000 in total. I bought Sonos as well & after a number of years it packed up. Owner of this company suggested they install the new B&O system that is controlled from your smart phone, so I paid for that too. Once I stalled, one of the B&O speakers started crackling when music played. We phoned to complain & this company collected the speaker. They called me to say it was damaged & wanted hundreds of to repair. The speaker worked perfectly before their engineer installed the latest B&O equipment & we were adamant he damaged it. Owner wouldnt accept this, had to pay even more. I will never use this company again nor would I buy B&O because of them
