        I was advised to get shoes from here to accommodate my orthotics, but it's hit and miss. Staff are always lovely, but the footwear is designed for older people.

        My wife has been struggling with pain for a while and went in to see what they can do. After being measured and assessed, we walked out with new shoes and custom insoles and so far she says they are fantastic and slowly starting to ease the pain, as her feet are now aligned better.

        Did not see my usual person. Feet seemed have done. Left with painful toe & sore feet. After leaving shop painful to walk.

        Not very impressed today,store closed at 5.15 even though website states 5.30pm. Assistant said I couldn't come in as the till was already cashed up .
