        Sinead has greatly assisted my daughter cope with symptoms of anxiety. As my daughter is only 10 she founds 'talking therapies' too distressing. She has however benefited by the play based therapies and relaxation techniques employed by Sinead. My daughter relaxed immediately as Sinead is so calm, welcoming, open and kind. I have recommended Relax Kids with Sinead to several friends who have also attended.
