Hydro-Ease

Having floated here now and then when In Northern Ireland I can not recommend the place enough. Caring, very widely trained and qualified owner and welcoming surroundings. The floats are great and I find my back pain and stress both reduce whilst floating. I have also done it twice together with my wife. No talking, just being together in the same space in a dream-like state.

Had my first ever float yesterday and I must say it was an incredible experience, strange to start of with but so relaxing and as soon as I came out I felt relaxed and happy. Definitely going to come back soon, Chloe at reception was very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and made me comfortable! Definitely recommend

I tried my first float yesterday as I suffer with chronic shoulder & neck pain. It took a while to get used to but then I started to relax and really enjoyed it. I had a wonderful nights sleep and my neck/shoulder feels a lot better already! Going back next week for some more floating magic.

Hydroease is an amazing place to go for a float. The facilities are clean, modern and spacious. The people are warm and engaging. They explain the process of floating in detail and offer lights/sounds for those who wish to retain some sensory stimulation. All round, a superb environment to peel back the layers of consciousness.

First time at Hydro-Ease have a 90 min session that felt more like 20mins totally zoned out it was that relaxing definitely will go back. The staff and owner Vivian were so nice and friendly
