Great to deal with and the beginning, very friendly etc, poor follow up though, I had to constantly call the shop to get up dates, I got messed about by tilers who miss informed me with the amount of tiles I had to order, so I over ordered, (My Fault) however the manager never told me about a zero return policy, he said he would ask his boss if they were interested in buying them back and he would call me with a decision thats 2 months ago and Ive heard nothing about leaving numerous messages, Ive now been left with over 800 worth of tiles in my garage which Im going to have to waste. A word of warning ask if your tiler gets the measurements wrong is there a return policy on your tiles.

Got the wrong order twice. Had to reorder from another company at extra expense. Very poor customer service.

Really delighted with the service and flooring we got from Geoff and the team at The Tile Company. It made what had been a stressful choice and decision into a real choice that were delighted with and super proud of the result. So many compliments and great feedback. We had spare product and the guys happily refunded the boxes not used. Highly recommend
