We visited Forestside store on Saturday 25 March. Explained that we wanted to buy our son a watch for his 21st birthday, could we bring him in on Sunday and would they ensure he was given attentive service? Jonathan was fantastic. We advised our budget and son was treated like a VIP. Watches were adjusted to fit his wrist so that he could make right decision. Excellent service .

I had a great experience, Chris looked after my daughter and I brilliantly. I was really impressed with his knowledge of watches and he took the time to explain certain aspects of the different watches for sale. Super experience! Dean

I wish i could give no stars!!! Worst experience I've ever had in goldsmiths store belfast victoria square!!! Went in today to get my omega speedmaster watch cleaned to have two members of staff look at me disapprovingly and with little to none respect! I was advised when I bought the watch I could get as many complimentary cleans as I wanted. First of all they said they don't clean watches when I've had it done 4/5 times now. Secondly one member of staff said 'just take a brush and fairy liquid to it' to the other memeber of staff. Thirdly one of the members of staff had to ask me if it could be submerged under water as he didn't know that it was waterproof when he should know being a jeweller fourthly when the watch was brought out it was carried out as if it was a piece of coustume jewellery and fifly when I got my watch back they said they gave it a professional clean which I expected as I've had it done multiple times in this store and it was in no better state than when I handed it in! This is not the service and professionalism I expected from purchasing a 6.5k watch and my pride a joy. I have purchased not only this omega but my fianc's engagement ring and will be shortly shopping for wedding bands but will make me question if I want to purchase from goldsmiths Victoria Square again. VERY VERRY disappointed of the service that was given to me today!.

My partner and I had went into Goldsmiths V Square yesterday to have a look at some wedding rings . We were initially approached by Andrew who is a one of the watch specialists . From the start he was absolutely amazing offering us drinksand also cleaned my engagement ring , after alot of trying on we made our decision and finally chose our rings and we love them . The ring that I picked would never have been a ring I would have wanted to see on but with the knowledge and advice from Andrew I went with it and it's perfect . I would also like to add a mention to Karen who came over and spoke to us . She was also amazing and spent time looking at the chosen rings . Overall we were very happy with our whole experience, Andrew may be a watch specialist but his knowledge on the rings was amazing and he made our decision very easy. Thanks very much Guys !!!
