        House was wrecked. Tennant let their kids draw all over the walls. Bathroom was shocking. Wouldn't recommend.

        Bought our house from Dunmurry branch a few months ago. We offered full asking price straight away but were then advised during a phone call from estate agent that our offer would only be considered if we paid an extra 1200 for Kitchen goods. Worried about losing our dream home, we agreed.. Dishwasher has never worked, american style fridge freezer had to be replaced in 1st week and only 2 programmes on washing machine will work. I know its a chance we took and i accept that but it has been a very expensive acceptance :-( if you are going to push for additional sales while reminding us what a "great price" we got the house for, cant you at least test these items? A really disappointing experience.
