H. Samuel

Firstly i don't always go out of my way to write reviews, however had a great experience with HSamuel Castle court. My partner and I went to the shop on the 19th April on our lunch break. As we approached the shop, we were met with such a welcome. Both girls stopped what they where doing (cleaning) and approached us. Really pleasantly and asked how are day was going, showed an interest and generally just really good customer service (manners). They couldn't have made it any easier for us to complete our purchase. Good knowledge showed of the products we wanted. Very efficient, one did the paper work and the other did the chatting. They both listened (so important) as this is often lacking in many other retail shops. They knew we had called in on our lunch, and had made reference to us having tome left to grab food. I will defo be back and cant recommend this branch of H.Samuels enough, thanks to Georgia and Julieanne for a fast, pleasant service.

H.Samuel CastleCourt I tend to visit the store often as the welcoming of the staff is so friendly and one member in particular being Julieanne, she has helped me pick numerous of gifts from rings to watches and has the time and patiences of saint. Thankyou to all the staff in this store.
