Ward & Co fine foods

lovely artisan shop with friendly staff! the only criticism I'd have is that lots of products don't have a price visible, so you can end up not knowing what you're paying for and paying more than expected. hopefully this can be fixed sometime soon!

I have found the staff to be pleasant and professional. I like how it stocks unusual foods/groceries/ingredients that are harder to find. Good stuff for cooking with. Expensive though (but in fairness it is small business). Sandwiches are good in my opinion but expensive. But if it means the staff are being paid well. I'm all for it.

Generally a fan of Ward & Co. It is quite expensive but it has a good choice of products of fruit, vegetables and bread etc. Recently bought a lasagna from Ward and was very disappointed with it. I think it was about 8 or 9 and it was incredibly watery even after cooking. Nobody in the family ate it and it ended up in the bin. Won't be buying it again.
