        We rented a car here for a few days and it was great. Nick, the rental manager. was very friendly, polite, and professional. He went above and beyond with his customer service. Straight up with their costs as well, no hidden fees or last minute charges like many other car rental places.

        This place was pretty far out of town (so add 15ish return for a taxi) and the pick up process took a long time (20-30 mins). The gentleman serving us though was very helpful and patient, and even allowed us some extra time for return the next day. Value for money was good, but again that taxi fare just offset things more than I'd have wanted.

        VWFS Rent-a-Car Belfast is the best car rental company I have ever come across. Their staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable - especially Nick. Their cars are great and you always get the one you book. The prices are much cheaper than their competitors. I would highly recommend them.
