Would've been helpful to have drop off instructions for destination as opposed to drop off instructions for where we picked up the car. Got a vehicle with 53000 miles on it which wasn't what I was expecting considering the price was equivalent to that of competing companies with similar vehicles. Otherwise the process was easy enough and the car did everything we needed.
