Alamo Rent A Car - Belfast City Airport

Had a great experience using Alamo on a recent trip, checked the car out and back in, in no time, the customer service was effficient and the staff were absolutely lovely to deal with, and the car itself was amazing and well looked after. Will definitely use again next time

Truly one of the best car rental experiences of the last 20 years. Having been royally shafted by hidden terms and conditions from SIXT, ALAMO were a proper breath of fresh air. Good prices, no hidden conditions, no hard sell on extra insurances, no issue with foreign license, clean car, and excellent service. Top marks to Tiffany who handed the car over to me. ALAMO saved our Christmas in Northern Ireland..!!

Alamo is part of enterprise and the chap that helped us couldnt have done anymore to help. I personally would recommend them Dont know the chaps name but his initials are JD

NEVER try and hire car from these con-merchants. They took our money when they KNEW they had no cars and then refused to take any responsibility. My wife was left high and dry at the airport with insufficient money to pay for an "on the spot" hire from another, more reputable car hire firm. If you want my advice go to Sixt or Avis or Hertz or one of the small local firms - but whatever you do NEVER go near these people or you could get mis-sold, mis-treated and abandoned the way we were.
