        Simply Awful !! First time . And the last time ! Ive ordered from this company (?) 4 whole days after I placed and paid for my item, they tell me my item is not in stock, even though the website still clearly showed in stock I sent an email stating I was not happy at the delay in being told & I would like a refund please. 12 hours later an email simply tells me I have been refunded, no apology, no explanation, no update on when it would be back in stock, not a good experience for a first time buyer I think Ill stick with Amazon next time.
