After a horrific experience at Sixt, the world's most lovely man & Europcar Employee of the Year, Dean, rented us a beautiful car for our friend reunion around Northern Ireland! Our Easter Weekend was saved because of the kindness and flexibility Dean showed us in a moment of true crisis at the rental car counter, cannot recommend enough.

        Travelled a few times to Belfast for work recently and Ive met the same two gentlemen, both at the counter and outside in the pod. Very friendly and efficient in getting me to my hire vehicle. Cars have been great to get around in and no trouble when returning. Thanks for the service!

        I booked an SUV 3 weeks in advance. Came with my family specifically for the road trip and they cancelled our vehicle just a day before. Pathetic is the word for the service they provide.
