Ive been using their services for a few months to wash & dry the sheets in my house. Very happy with the service until the last few visits. I wash the exact same sheets every time yet the price went up from 16 to 20 pound. When I ask about the price rise they said the sheets had to go i large washer. Same sheets fit in the medium washer the first 4 visit. Frustrating. Young woman is very friendly all other staff seem very irritable and unwilling to discuss my query.
