*DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY* Very unprofessional and snydy staff, called today to cancel a removal and the person on the phone kept repeating "no deposit will be given back" they seemed a bit robotic repeating the same thing over and over, thought I was through to an automated service!. Asked to speak to a manager and a young girl came on to the call, just got more unprofessional as the communication went on. I told them that my mother is vulnerable therefore had not read the tiny print in their contract, and stated its against the law to treat vulnerable people that way and be so money focused. I feel companies like this, that do not get much business will try take every penny possible, even from the vulnerable. Ps I gave six days notice to cancel, more than even time to reschedule one of "their many bookings they had turned down for that day". Bizarre group...

Just been for the first time with copper, brass and car batteries. ALL the staff could not have been more helpful or courteous - great place.

Called in on Saturday with some scrap and batteries, 1st time visit. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff from the office to the lads in the yard. Very well organised, great customer service thanks very much.
