!!PLEASE READ!! Very unprofessional practice! I cant stress enough how unhelpful each member of staff was. I left my dog into this vets to get the care she needed and picked her up 100x worse than the way I left her in. Arent these people suppose to do everything they can to help our pets? I got my dog home and she died within 10 minutes of getting into the house. We had NO warning from the vet that this was going to happen. I am not the first person to go through this experience with this vets. What are they doing to our pets? Please stay away!!!!

The duty of care in this vets is extremely unprofessional in my opinion. This place is very money orientated, they don't seem to care much for the animals in their care as long as they're recieveing the payments. Our dog was left into this vets and sent home later in the day to die 10 minutes after we got her home (with NO warning from the vet). Would strongly advise anyone considering to use this vets, to take into consideration our experience.

The staff at City Vets are very kind and considerate and extremely competent. Unfortunately our beloved family cat couldn't be saved but the way that the people at City Vets dealt with the very painful process was tremendous. I won't forget the kindness and empathy they showed to my wife and myself.
