        Following an initial recommendation I have been treated (physio and acupuncture) by Michelle on a number of occasions for shoulder, hip and back issues. Michelle is always excellent at both diagnosing and treating the problem whether posture or injury related. The treatments have always been very effective and enabled pain free resumption of sport and other day to day activities within a short period of time.

        Michelle has been my physio for (on and off) about 6 years. She is quite simply a miracle worker. She has sorted out my back, neck and shoulders on various occasions. She chats away and puts me at ease, taking my mind off the physio. I love when she kneads the knots away! She never puts pressure on me to have follow up appointments. There have been many times she's sorted me out and then I've stopped going. But because of my office work, lack of exercise and increasing age, I end up going back! I'm committed to regular physio now. I just love it!

        I came to Michelle as I was struggling with hypermobility and experiencing pain and other symptoms daily. Michelle was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave me exercises and advice to manage and reduce symptoms as well as manual therapy. As well as that Michelle was empathetic and made me feel at ease. Im very grateful for the service Michelle provided and would definitely recommend.

        I developed pain in my neck, shoulders and wrist after working from home with a poor ergonomic set up during the pandemic. Michelle reviewed my situation and alleviated my pain by providing advice on a more ergonomic arrangement and an exercise routine as well as manual therapy and acupuncture. Without Michelle's intervention I would have continued to suffer in pain, and my condition could possibly have worsened. I can't thank her enough for resolving my pain and for setting me on the right path to avoid the same thing happening again.
