        You end up spending money in Costa or Tescos cafe while waiting as the waiting area has no tea or coffee facilities and is noisy. My car was reversed out and i was told it was ready to go. It is a keyless car with a button to start . I looked around for my bunch of keys and couldn't find them. I asked the staff. They eventually found them on the grill part on the bonnet!!!! If I had drove off they would have been lost. Pathetic service.

        Have to say the staff at this is 1rst class..like always i leave withe the job complete.manager always tryn to do his best to keep customers happy an thanks to lewis always er to answet any questions..perfection

        Delayed a bit, as had an appointment I expected to be on time. Also I didn't appreciate having to clean all the dirt from my steering wheel. I understand their hands get dirty but a bit of care when needing to touch the inside of the car would be appreciated. Specially when the steering wheel is light grey. Other than this everything was perfect and as expected. I am coming back when needed for sure.
