Cool shop. Ordered stuff which was part in stock and part on order. Called and asked for eta which was provided and had offered to deliver what was already there. Was happy to wait and the fella came and delivered it to my house himself. Class act. If it is on order you might have to wait a bit but thats a given since third party suppliers are involved. I will be using them again.

Absolutely shocking service from this company. Pre-ordered an item and 4 months later, after the release date I hadn't heard anything. I sent multiple messages asking about the items and eventually I get a message saying they're cancelling the pre-order. Absolutely ridiculous. Edit: Out of your control? You had 4 months to tell me you couldn't fulfill the order after taking my money. You've had my money for 4 months and wait until after release date and after several messages to tell me this..
