Attended the Harvest service here on Sunday. It was lovely. Mervyn (the Rector) and his wife Rosemary were very welcoming and friendly. The Church was decorated beautifully with both flowers, fruit and veg and food for the food bank. The Sermon was geared towards including the children as their 'church' wasn't on. Mervyn gave a great message on the importance of giving and certainly gave my spirit a lift. There was also coffee after in the Church Hall which was a chance to meet others.
