        I was here sat 9/7/22 at approx 5.30pm. What a debacle. A customer walked out and activated the security gates which led to the checkout operator I was at calling him back in and then rifling through his bags. This did not resolve the situation. Another member of staff then turned up and together they bustled back and forth talking together aside repeatedly much to the discomfort of the hapless customer and to the abandoned queue at the checkout I was still waiting at. This 'discussion' situation lasted several minutes, came to no resolution and ended with me walking out and abandoning my items on the checkout conveyor belt. Someone really needs to sort the staff out in this store as they are making the shopping experience intolerable.
