        Ordered an item in November 2022, still not arrived. Emailed the company, no reply. Reported item undelivered on Shop app, suddenly get a reply. Explained the situation but have heard nothing since. 17 sitting in the company's account, yet I have no order. Very poor service.

        Bought a selection (all the ones they had in stock) of Effektstudion Texture Rollers and a set of 4 no#3 Heavy Duty sculpture wire tools for a new project. They arrived today on time and i am very happy with my purchase. Great company and will be making another purchase as soon as they get more in stock!
