They are scam artists. I bought an EGO II 220mAH Battery. It arrived dead - honest sellers deliver something partly charged (and tested). I plugged in and the battery light showed green - another bad sign as no charge should mean the light is red. I tried charging but it would never charge. I was unable to take one puff. The same order I bought a pack of atomisers - coils were rubbish and last 2 weeks - so was the entire unit - a total con job. They were totally disinterested in any kind of replacement. Don't trust. I'm now responding to their comment below: Yes the purchase was made Nov. 2021. I had bought a few batteries but had not opened their battery until this week. Yes I should have checked sooner for the battery but with battery laws having changed it's now very difficult to post back any battery - it is their responsibility to test products before sending. The atomisers I started using a few months back. Yes they worked short-term but only when I switched out coils by week 2 meaning very poor quality. Should I have complained sooner? Yes. I hardly ever post negative reviews. I have to be pretty annoyed to do so. For me they are absolutely scam artists as the entire batch of atomisers had poor quality coils and several of the units lasted a far shorter period than is normal.
