The fitters were excellent! Mark and Ryan couldnt have been more professional. They did everything that they said they would extremely well.
There was an issue with the availability of the stove we ordered so a visit to the office was needed to select an alternative. Paul and all the guys in the store room and the delivery driver at Glenhill were absolutely brilliant and we reached a happy compromise.
Compared to many others in this sector Glenhill have a wholesome approach.

Order arrived on time however after checking it, there was a few things incorrect such as the wrong beam and wrong size of hearth. After raising my concerns with the workers who were fitting the stove (whom may I add were excellent & very professional) called the office to arrange for the correct size of hearth and the beam that we ordered. The correct size of hearth was got on the same day whilst the beam arrived the following day.
The job completed by the fitters was fantastic and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking a stove fitted.
I was just left a bit disappointed & stressed with the service from Glenhill themselves.
