Their customer service is appaling. I called them 6 times to ask them to fix my dented radiator, they said they will call me back and they never did. Also they made a serious mess by installing my radiator onto a wall with the wrong screws. As a result, the radiator fell few months later, it's tube broke and flooded the living room. And the after-hour service they offer? Non existent

I used this company to install my gas heating, I.have had problems since day 1! Getting them to answer the phone to you or come out is a nitemare it seems to be they dnt want to know if theres problems, after 3 years of coming out a few times and doing very little George himself told me there was nothing he could do to help me and left me with 3 radiators not working in my house!!! I now have to pay someone else to fix this problem which has been there for 5 years, turns out George Nelson even fitted a filter that wasnt big enough for my heating system and that's why I've been having all these problems you would think he would know these things, clearly not!! Please dnt use this company cause if you have problems they wont want to know!!! Service: Heating system installation
