Awful customer service in this shop from the thin guy with black curly beard and back glasses ! Unless you find something to buy and compliment the shop they treat you so bad. Apparently they arent going to get blue chairs anymore and this guy, who says is an assist manager, didnt even apologise nor felt even slightly genuinly sorry. He didnt offer any other ideas, items nor solutions for my problem. I hated his treatment. I couldnt believe such a poor customer service! I was the one who was asking for everything, like if they will get more delivered... or for any other possibilities, if they could order online for me or maybe double check if they had any left... He just said no to all my help requests very inddiferently emotionless. The girls who sold to us the chair were so kind before! Now we cant even match any other chair with the one previously bought ! The chair is beautiful but they suck completely with such a service.

Contacted the store last week as the legs on my kitchen chair had broken, not bad considering Id had the chair two years. I got through to the manager Kirsty, who was so friendly and helpful. She gave me her personal number and arranged a collection for us to get replacement legs for free. Such a warm and friendly individual. Im not one for reviews, but she really deserved this one!
