        I went for a medical assessment which I paid 350 for in the beginning of July. Almost 4 months later and numerous emails requesting my appointment information, I have still not received anything. It's getting extremely frustrating as the information I was told at my appointment is vital for certain aspects of my personal life. I feel like I have been taken advantage of due to my vulnerable mental state and I've been completely ripped off. I continue to receive emails about doing surveys for them and coming to further appointments that I was told I would not need which would cost me a further 180. I just want my information and fail to see why this is so difficult to obtain.
