I really enjoy the amazing power plate classes , can see results already after 4 weeks . I am looking forward to continuing on my get fit and healthy journey with the help and support and of course laughs with Leeanne.

So for ages and ages I really struggled with my self confidence, my self worth and my mental health. Never wanted to go to the gym because I was too embarrassed, ate myself into oblivion and really just run my body and my brain into the ground. I made a promise to myself starting this year that Id get back to myself, try and get my body back and take time for me. I found the perfect place and the perfect people to help me do that. Ive still another good bit to go, but in 4 weeks Im proud of how well Ive done, how much weight Ive lost and how much Ive toned up. Started with leanne at good vibrations a few weeks back. I never stick to any gym class, but I have at this, I love this class! Can not recommend it enough. Leanne is friendly, encouraging and pushes u to your best. Thank u so much for everything.

Amazing 20 minute power plate session. Better than any gym I've ever been to. Feels like a personal training session for a fraction of the price. Leanne is amazing at keeping me motivated throughout those long 20mins. #fitness #gym #powerplates #belfast #ladiesonlygym #belfastgym
