The mattress I bought from USEL a few years ago is the best I've ever had and a fraction of the cost of the big brands. I more recently ordered 4 mattresses for a rented house. Again the value was unbeatable, but they then applied a further bulk discount. When they couldn't deliver the mattresses for another week, they apologised, but when the tenants weren't happy I called back to see what they could do. They not only upgraded the mattresses, but dispatched them within the hour. I have paid less for four mattresses than I would have paid for a single lower quality branded mattress. I can't praise them enough for quality, value and customer service. On top of all that, this is a local company that provides support to those with disabilities and other health conditions.
