Went to a pain treatment clinic that Tracy was holding just before Christmas. She was so friendly and down to earth and explained the process very clearly. The injection itself was over in minutes with great aftercare and advice given. Would highly recommend to beat those long nhs wait times for the same treatment.

I went up to this hub frightened and didnt really know what I was getting done. A beautiful young girl met me on me way in to introduce herself and to sort of calm me down. Tracy the girl took me upstairs and explained everything to me, showed me what I needed done, and I agreed with her because I was a bit wrinkly,so then she got me relaxed on the bed, cleaned and antibacterial absolutely everything, so the pricking started and I hardly felt a thing,I have never had anyone being so gentle and telling me what she was doing word for word through out our whole session, Tracy really put me at ease because she was so gentle and caring at all times. Will I be back 100 percent I will be there.

Tracey is very informative and made sure I got to explain what treatment I wanted and with her knowledge and professionalism Im so happy with the tweaks we discussed cant wait for the next step of my treatment journey
