O2 Shop Belfast - Castle Lane

After having my phone smashed needed a new one so we was assured I would be sorted out,until the shop manager smugly told me I needed either SIM or ID. So I returned next day on st Paddy's Day .I was aided by Jude, who could not be more helpful and patient .I received advice and help in a very courteous and professionall manner ,nothing was too much trouble ,I left the shop very happy with my new phone Many thanks. Good service is always much appreciated and valued.

I came in yesterday morning to set-up an O2 Switch Up. I was quickly approached by Hugh who was quick and ready to help me get sorted. He ran over all the ins and out of my contract and explained every detail to help understand my new tariff. He was very patient setting up my new phone by transferring my data over which I'm grateful for. Having a friendly chat while setting up my new phone and had a great experience. I will definitely be coming back in the future for any further purchases or upgrades, thanks a lot Hugh.

Went here with my son to get a sim for his new ipad pro and the fella that he dealt with was very nice and helpful as he asked alot of questions and nothing was a bother all the staff is nice in this store
